• Custom, personalized, and clearance items are non-refundable.

• Absolutely no refunds, all sales are final.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error.
